Raul is an R/2 officer in the Brazilian Army, Artillery Weapon. He is also an electrical engineer graduated from CEFET-PR. He currently works as a professor at UTFPR (Federal Technological University of Paraná), formerly CEFET-PR. He teaches classes in the discipline that has the same name as the book and which motivated the creation of the first edition of the book.
